This Summer 2020, the Department of Modern & Classical Languages is offering three international film courses to enhance students’ socio-cultural understanding of Japanese and Chinese cultures. During these courses, students will be able to enrich their critical, intellectual, and aesthetic values through a list of carefully selected films. Viewing and studying these films will give students an opportunity to grasp people’s perspective on self, society, and history.
