Henry Ogunjimi is a documentary filmmaker and photographer, as well as a director, producer, videographer and video editor. He recently completed his graduate studies in Journalism at New York University, with focus on news and documentaries. His works cover social and political issues as well as personal perspectives.
He recently completed his first independent film “Marked,” a documentary that considers the ancient cultural practice of tribal marking among the Yoruba people from Nigeria, as well as his experience as a boy with marks on his face.
Before coming to New York, Ogunjimi was a producer at Nigeria’s Channels Television Inc.
